Looking back, I thought I was chasing more money. In reality, I was becoming a better version of myself.
I believe we’re driven by more than logic. Sometimes there’s something deeper guiding us towards the life we’re meant to create.

One decision that made absolutely no logical sense ended up changing the entire trajectory of my life.
Almost 10 years ago, I put my faith into a skill hardly anyone had heard of.
No business experience. No safety net. Just a belief that there had to be another way.
It would have been so easy to let fear, self-doubt, or the opinions of other people stop me. Instead, I took one step, then another, and figured it out as I went.
One client recommended the next. Then they recommended someone else. Before I knew it, I was working fewer hours and earning more than I ever did in my 9-5 fashion career.
Then came COVID, followed by the birth of my second daughter. That was the moment I knew I couldn’t go back to a 40-hour week, a 10-hour commute, and a £21k salary.
I didn’t have the full plan.
I just knew I wanted something different.
Looking back, the biggest shift wasn’t working harder. It was trusting myself enough to begin, staying consistent, and allowing opportunities to grow from there.
Today, I have more freedom than I ever imagined possible. More time with my daughters. More space to enjoy life. And I get to show them that there are many different ways to build a career that fits the life you want not the other way around.

Nathan, .saul.austen a coach and tattoo artist from London, came to SMP after two unsuccessful hair transplants left him searching for a solution that finally felt right.
With a strong online presence and a career built around helping men through coaching, Nathan wanted a look that restored his confidence both on and off the camera. Alongside his partner Megan , the pair are well known influencers within the coaching space.
Over three sessions, we created the full, dense look he’d been wanting for years and seeing the healed result speaks for itself.
