Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule. This may also be treated as a late cancellation and subject to fees.

Treatment Plans:
Private NHS or BUPA Clients:
If you are on a treatment plan, or your sessions are covered through NHS, or BUPA, please be aware that any missed or late-cancelled appointments will be deducted from your pre-approved or allocated treatment hours, as per provider guidelines.

Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit may be required for select appointments. This will be applied to your total cost but is forfeited if the cancellation policy is not followed.
