💚 A Little Reminder About Cancellations & No Shows 💚

We really don’t like having to post things like this, but unfortunately we’ve seen a significant increase in last minute cancellations and no shows recently.

As many of you know, our stylists are self-employed and rely on the appointments in their diary as their income. When an appointment is cancelled at short notice, or a client doesn’t attend, it’s often impossible to fill that space and the stylist loses that income.

Quite simply, none of us would expect to go to work and not get paid, and our stylists are no different.

With immediate effect, we will be enforcing our 24 hour cancellation policy.

✨ More than 24 hours’ notice – no charge.
✨ Less than 24 hours’ notice – 50% of the appointment cost may be charged.
✨ No-shows – 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.
✨ Future appointments may require a booking fee or deposit.

We completely understand that genuine emergencies happen and we will always try to be fair and reasonable where possible.
