Dear valued customers,

Many of you have been with us throughout the past 20 years since I opened my very first salon on Wells Road.

I’m sure many of you still remember a cheerful, energetic young lady from the Philippines named Monet.

Sadly, her family is going through an incredibly difficult time. Her brother suffered a severe medical emergency and is currently in hospital. The hospital costs are extremely expensive—around £400 per day.

In many Asian countries, including the Philippines and Vietnam, there is no free public healthcare system like the one we are fortunate to have here in the UK. Without money, treatment simply cannot continue.

The only asset her family owns is their home, where four generations of the family live together. Monet’s 80-year-old mother has already mortgaged the family home to pay for her son’s treatment over the past eight weeks, but they have now reached the point where they can no longer afford the medical expenses.

I truly hope that, together, even a small act of kindness from each of us can make a meaningful difference and help support Monet’s family during this difficult time.

To raise funds, we will be holding a charity raffle. For every 50 entries, one lucky winner will receive a FREE full set of nails in any design of their choice, personally done by me.

Each raffle number costs just £7, and you are welcome to purchase as many numbers as you like.

I sincerely hope you’ll support this meaningful fundraiser. Once all the numbers have been sold, we will hold the draw and announce the lucky winner as soon as possible, then arrange an appointment for their nail service.
