I completely understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure I can offer the best service to all my clients, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

As a small business, last-minute changes have a significant impact, and this policy helps protect my time and availability for all clients.
