One thing I love is that healthy eating doesn't have to mean plain meals or giving up foods you love. Sometimes it's simply about finding new ideas and making favourite foods work for you 🙌.

Summer can sometimes feel like a time when routines go out of the window ☀️❤️

Between holidays, meals out, BBQs and busy weekends, it can feel harder to stay focused.

A few things that really help me are:
🌼 Planning ahead where I can
🌼 Keeping easy meal ideas available
🌼 Avoiding skipping meals
🌼 Enjoying occasions without guilt
🌼 Remembering that one meal never ruins progress if you stay on track

Healthy habits aren't about being perfect, they're about finding something that works in real life 🙌.
