navigating life one day at a time 🤍
An hour by the pool ☀️after completing a pump workout a Lidl shop and trying to help sort sons bike puncture 😥
Today’s look is a mix of old favourites and one new addition…
💛 Zara bikini (a couple of years old)
👖 Mango denim shorts
👜 My favourite market bag I bought in the South of France (which feels very fitting now we’re in Fréjus 🇫🇷)
🕶️ Primark polarised sunglasses
✨ This year’s jelly flip flops with the gold gem detail
I love getting as much wear as I can from the pieces already in my wardrobe and mixing them with a few new finds each season. That’s what makes a holiday wardrobe work.
Do you buy a whole new holiday wardrobe, or do you rewear your favourites year after year? 👇.
I’m a UK size 6–8.
But I’ve also had children.
So yes, I have stretch marks. Loose skin. A tummy that isn’t flat. A body that’s changed over the years.
For a long time I thought those things meant I shouldn’t wear a bikini.
Now I think differently.
Bodies don’t have to be perfect to wear beautiful clothes—or beautiful swimwear.
This is my body.
This is my bikini.
And neither needs apologising for.
If you’ve been waiting for the “perfect” body before wearing what you love, this is your reminder to stop waiting.
Send help, it’s a total scorcher out here! 🔥 I spent way too long deciding between shorts and a tank or keeping it easy in a maxi. Ended up choosing the loose and glowing option because who wants tight clothes in this weather? 🤷🏼♀️Would you have gone with shorts or a dress today? Let me know below! 👇🏼
It’s already very hot in the south of France, I have done a walk this morning, just stuck my Adidas firebirds on with trainers and a sports bra, I’ve washed all the towels from yesterday and now enjoying an iced coffee before heading to the pool ❤️
