So last night I had the lovely Pixie come in before catching her flight to Germany this morning for a wedding (very jealous!).

She wanted her nails to match the theme of her dress and the outfits she’ll be wearing while she’s away. The colour palette was very peacock-inspired – beautiful blues, greens and teals.

We chose BIAB as the base which was Midnight Blue by , then layered it with cat eye effect in “Potion”. It added a gorgeous green shimmer while still allowing the blue to show around the edges, rather than completely covering it.

I think the final result turned out so lovely, we both absolutely loved how it catches the light! ✨

A cute little set I did on myself!

Just gel nails this time, thought I’d mix it up a bit as I normal have BIAB.
I got bored of my last set after a little over two weeks, so it was definitely time for a change. By the time this is posted though, I’m sure I’ll have already done another set on myself 😆

The lovely Katie came to see me again for her infill with her partner and we always have the best natter! It’s basically a full morning out for the two of them when Katie comes for her nails… TV on, snacks, plenty of tea and lots of good old chit chat ☕️✨

I also love that her partner helps choose the colour for Katie’s next set and of course he has to approve! 😆💅

Katie had a Gel french manicure before, this was from 3 weeks growth, so we had a little refresh and went for a light blue with a cat eye effect 🩵

Hannah is starting her BIAB journey again with a few events coming up this year and wants to focus on growing her natural nails.

We kept it classic with a cute little French to start with ✨ I can’t wait to see how much growth we get in 4 weeks!

I had my aunty visit me for the first time last week 💕
(Apologies for the delayed post *better late than never!)

She previously had her nails done by a lovely new nail tech, and they lasted really well. You could clearly see the retention

Selena wanted a simple black French tip. I made the tips slightly thicker than I usually would, just to help them stand out a little. As always, I check that my client is happy with the design before curing so we can make changes if needed. She loved it, so we carried on creating her fresh new set.

The growth on Deb’s nails shown here is four weeks’ worth, using BIAB by The Gel Bottle with Halo gel polish. As always, some nails grow faster than others, but I’m really happy with the retention and how well they’ve lasted, especially considering Deb has a very hands on job day to day!

Deb was back last night for her BIAB infill with gel colour 💅 We waved goodbye to her Christmas nails and welcomed a fresh, sparkling pink with a magnetic effect ✨ The added shimmer is stunning and made this set extra special, especially as it’s something she’s never had before!

I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Georgia, along with her absolutely adorable 2-month-old baby, who had the sweetest smile and giggle 🩷

We went for something simple and elegant so went in with the classic red nails, finished with delicate white bows on the ring fingers for a subtle detail.

We also added a couple of tips to repair some nail breaks, ensuring everything looked even and perfectly balanced 💅✨

My Christmas nails 🎄✨
I fancied something a little different this festive season, inspired from a clients nails I did, a real mix of details with bows, snowflakes, and holly leaves, paired with red sparkle thumbs and pinky nails.

They definitely took some time to complete, but I was so happy with the finished look, and that’s all that matters 💅🤍

And yes… I’m finally uploading my photos before the New Year , I just haven’t had the chance until now 🫣
