✨ Introducing the Sacred Sound Journey Experience ✨
I’m so excited to share something new from Freedom To Be You.
Sometimes, we all need an hour away from the demands of everyday life—an opportunity to pause, breathe and simply be.
The Sacred Sound Journey Experience is a deeply personal, one-to-one sound healing session, thoughtfully created just for you.
Your journey begins with a gentle consultation and intention setting, giving us the opportunity to explore what you’d like to focus on and the energy centres (chakras) you feel most drawn to nurture. From there, you’ll be immersed in a bespoke sound bath using crystal singing bowls, gong and other beautiful therapeutic instruments, before finishing with time for grounding and quiet reflection.
Every session is unique because every person is unique.

There’s nothing like a bit of outdoor crystal bowl playing, the Sound just travels so far and it’s a really lovely experience. Today BONNIE and I were practising some of the music with intention for our first retreat on the 31st of May 2026. I’m playing the balls, one of many instruments and BONNIE will be harmonising with her voice. I’m sure Weale will have a great time.

✨ New Beginnings at Nailstone WI ✨
Last night we had the absolute pleasure of sharing a Sound Bath experience with the wonderful ladies of Nailstone Women’s Institute 💛
With the theme of 🌱 New Beginnings 🌱, we gently welcomed the energy of spring — a time of renewal, growth, and fresh possibilities. Through the soothing vibrations of gongs and crystal singing bowls, we created a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect… letting go of the old and inviting in the new.
It was such a beautiful evening filled with calm, curiosity, and connection — thank you for welcoming us so warmly and embracing something a little different ✨
Spring reminds us that no matter where we are, we can always begin again 💫

The Freedom To Be You cabin is already for a private group of friends that are coming together for two hours of chat, relaxation and meditation. The evening will end with a Sound Bath specifically created for the energy of the group. There are eight places to sit or lie down in a serene space.
