winner š„ .norton.169
What a win, and proving that age is nothing but a number.
Masters over 50s winner and Masters Classic winner.
Bringing a physique only some of us young ones can dream of.
Flawless posing and presentation and most important of all nailing the condition.
See you at the finals ššš
MEET š„
Your Classic AND Class 2 winner at Manchester⦠but the trophies only tell a tiny part of this manās story.
Jackās return to that stage was something special.
4 years away from the gym.
9 months spent in hospital.
47kg lost.
And told heād more than likely never train again ā let alone compete.
Jack refused to accept that as the end of his story.
He rebuilt. He came back. And he stepped onto that Manchester stage and walked away with two class wins AND his FITX Pro Card. š
If ever there was proof of what a strong mind, self-belief and refusing to give up can do⦠this is it.
Now Jack is heading to the FITX Finals, and after what he brought to Manchester, we cannot wait to see what he brings next.
Strong mind. Strong body. One hell of a comeback.
Congratulations šš„

THANK YOU MANCHESTER š„
What a bloody female overall line-up!!
Honestly, one of the strongest Iāve seen in a long, long time.
Every single one of you ladies came to COMPETE.
Different shapes. Different looks. Different packages. But every one of you brought the condition, the presence and the finesse that makes a top-class competitor.
Nobody was there just making up numbers.
THAT is what you want from an overall.
THAT is what makes bodybuilding exciting to watch.
And THAT is what makes you look forward to whatās coming next.
If Manchester was anything to go by, this yearās final is going to be absolutely stacked.
Ladies⦠you brought the heat. š„
Now roll on the FINAL. š
THREE THINGS THE JUDGES WISH YOUāD STOP DOING ON STAGE⦠šš
I caught up with AJ at FitX Manchester and picked his brains on what he sees from the judgesā table ā and trust me, some of you amateurs need to hear this one. š
1. Tan and posing.
Get them right. Youāve built the physique ā now learn how to present it.
2. LEAVE YOUR POSING PANTS WHERE THEY ARE. š
You donāt need to pull them halfway up your body to hit a front or back lat spread. Your lats will still spread without the assistance⦠and nobody needs to see your todger tucked right up under your chin.
3. Stop feeling the hamstring when you aināt dry or lean enough. š
If itās there, the judges can see it. If it isnāt, constantly touching it is basically pointing a massive arrow at exactly where youāre lacking.
And probably the most important oneā¦
Have some fun up there.
You worked hard to get on that stage. Pose. Present. Own it. Enjoy it.
Worcester⦠youāve got a serious new playground. šš„
Brett and I headed over to the opening of the newest Foundry Gym this Saturday and Iāll admit, we were pleasantly surprised.
The SIZE of the place.
The equipment.
The atmosphere.
And most importantly⦠the energy.
From sunbeds and saunas to a Pilates studio, a dedicated boxing room and pretty much every piece of kit you could ask for ā the guys have absolutely outdone themselves with this one.
But for me, a gym has to be more than equipment.
It has to have an environment you actually WANT to train in.
And this place had it.
Safe to say, Brett and I are already looking forward to getting our clients through those doors, bringing the boxing room into our own training and undoubtedly causing a little chaos along the way. šš„
Plenty of work. Plenty of sweat. And knowing us⦠plenty of laughs and giggles in between.
Worcester, if you havenāt checked the new Foundry out yet ā get yourself down there and see what all the fuss is about.
And if you spot me and Brett in the boxing roomā¦
