It might only be summer, but we’re already dreaming of Christmas… 🌲✨
One of my favourite parts of creating a new collection is finding the scent. Hours spent blending essential oils until every note feels just right.
For Evergreen, I wanted to capture crisp winter forests, cosy evenings and that feeling of bringing a fresh Christmas tree into your home. Think fir, pine, juniper and cedar… layered until it felt just right.
We’re also testing packaging (I think this forest green magnetic box might be the one 💚), and yes… before anyone mentions it, I know my nails need some love 😂. I clearly prioritised fragrance testing over booking a manicure! I’m sure I’m not the only founder who lets those little things slide when they’re deep in creating something new.
I can’t wait to share the finished collection with you later this year. I have a feeling this one is going to be really special.

Ever since turning 43 (and perhaps because I spend my days building a wellness and skincare brand), I’ve been thinking about ageing.
The funny thing is… I’ve never really felt my age.
When I look in the mirror, I don’t notice wrinkles first. I notice whether I look happy. Tired. Peaceful. Overwhelmed. Full of life. That’s what catches my attention.
I find it fascinating how much energy we spend worrying about looking older, when what we’re really searching for is to feel more alive.
One of the places I feel most ageless is on a dance floor at 3am.
No one cares how old you are. Everyone is simply lost in the music, the energy and being together. I’ve always found it strange when people tell themselves they’re “too old” to go dancing, wear something they love, start a new hobby or do anything that brings them joy.
If you stop yourself from doing the things you love because you’re worried about what other people think, you’re building your own prison.
So here’s my philosophy.
Find the people who make you laugh until your face hurts.
Do the things that make you lose track of time.
Take care of your body because it carries you through this beautiful life.
And yes… give your skin a little love too. Not to look younger, but because caring for yourself is one of the nicest things you can do.
Age is inevitable.
Feeling alive is something we get to choose.

Officially back from holidays and back into an even hotter UK 🙈✨🤪 well, at least I can show off my tan, right?
Mallorca was beautiful - got to spend time with family (or sometimes away from them too 🤣🤣🤣), DJ by the poolside in our villa and devour loads of yummy food and drink, now back with loads of fresh energy and ideas. I hope everyone’s handling the heatwave ok.

Spent the last few weeks onboarding Fais to a very exciting new marketplace and trying to look calm while internally screaming 🫠✨

Honestly, seeing my little essential oil candles slowly make their way into bigger spaces still feels surreal. One minute I’m pouring wax in Peckham with oils all over my dungarees, the next I’m uploading products and pretending I totally know what I’m doing on supplier portals 😂

A different kind of team building at 🌿✨
I recently hosted an aromatherapy mist workshop for the brilliant people working there, blending essential oils for mood, calm and better sleep while taking a proper pause from emails, meetings & screen time.
One of my favourite parts of these workshops is watching people go from “I don’t know what I’m doing” to fully debating fragrance notes like seasoned perfumers by the end 😭
We created personalised botanical mists, talked wellbeing, slowed down for a moment and honestly just had a really lovely time together.
Corporate wellness doesn’t have to feel awkward or forced, sometimes people just need creativity, good scents and space to reconnect a little✨

Setting up for a hen party in a local London spot and transforming a simple table into something thoughtful, tactile, and just a little bit special.
This one was all about slowing things down after a weekend of fun 👰♀️🥂✨
Beautiful blends, good company, and a moment to actually sit, sip, and breathe.
People expect wellness founders to live in linen, drink herbal tea at 9pm and spend weekends silently walking through forests.
Meanwhile I’m in Peckham, drinking an Aperol spritz after client calls, designing campaigns in the daytime, building my business at night, and occasionally disappearing into a warehouse rave until dawn because electronic music genuinely heals something in me.
Motherhood changed me. Building a business changed me. But reclaiming parts of myself outside of being “mum” has probably been the most important part.
Wellness, for me, has never looked perfect.
It looks like creativity, community, movement, music, overstimulation, ambition, joy, exhaustion, dancing, healing and trying again.
And honestly? I trust wellness people more when they’re fully human.

A reminder that small businesses are rarely just one thing — some days it’s events, some days it’s design, some days it’s making things by hand at midnight 😅
