👤 Who can usually use it?
Most adults can use retinol if their skin tolerates it. It’s best to start slowly, such as 2 nights a week, and increase gradually.

🚫 Who should avoid it?
Pregnant women should avoid retinoids, including retinol, as a precaution.
People with very irritated, sunburned, peeling or damaged skin should wait until the skin has recovered.

If you have eczema, rosacea or very sensitive skin, speak with a dermatologist or skincare professional before starting.
Don't use it on broken skin.

• Use SPF 30–50 every day ☀️
• Avoid harsh exfoliation
