Polite notice
I’m getting a lot of cancellations/no shows at the moment please try and give me at least 24 hours notice as I’m sat there waiting and looking forward to see you. In one week I lost out on over £300 due to last minute cancellations or no shows.
I understand things happen and this can’t always be helped.
All no shows will be charged at the full treatment value, cancellations with 24 hours notice will not be charged but within the 24 hours they’ll be charged at 50% as it unlikely I will be able to fill that appointment time. I hate having to do this but I have to protect my business.
