July… you really were incredible. ✨

A month I’ll never forget. 💚

⭐ Not one, but TWO promotions with Tropic.
⭐ Watching my baby boy leave primary school.
⭐ Seeing my baby girl light up the stage doing what she loves.
⭐ Attending my first ever Tropic Fest… what an unforgettable experience!
⭐ Getting back in the saddle and riding again.
⭐ Hosting my first big Tropic & Tarot event – and what a roaring success it was!
⭐ A little secret mission to London… 🤫
⭐ Finishing the month as a Leader in a company that has made me feel so welcome.

This journey has given me so much more than an extra income. It’s given me confidence, friendships, opportunities and a community I never knew I needed. It’s shown me that network marketing really can work when you genuinely love the products you share and you’re surrounded by people who want to see you succeed.

Thank you, July, for all the memories. 💚

Now… let’s see what August has in store. ✨

“What do you do for fun?” 👀😂

Honestly… I think, talk, build, plan… and then plan the next business.

Being an entrepreneur isn’t something I switch off—it’s how my brain works. Ideas don’t clock out at 5pm, they show up in the gym, on walks, mid-conversation, even when I’m supposed to be relaxing.

What does my “fun” look like?
✨ Brainstorming new ideas
✨ Mapping out future plans
✨ Talking business with people who get it
✨ Building something from nothing

Some people unwind with Netflix… I unwind by creating.

It’s not always glamorous, and it’s definitely not always easy—but I genuinely love it. The freedom, the challenge, the constant growth… that’s my version of fun.

So if you ever see me “working” all the time… just know, I’m actually doing what I enjoy.

What about you—do you switch off, or are you always thinking about your next move? Let me know 👇

When I first opened my clinic, I thought the goal was simple…

👉 Fill the diary.

And I did.

But after a while, I realised something nobody had ever told me.

Every extra £ I wanted to earn meant finding another client, working another evening or giving up another Saturday.

I wasn’t running out of clients…
I was running out of time.

That realisation completely changed the way I looked at my business.

Now I’m building a business that isn’t solely dependent on the number of appointments I can fit into my week.

If you’re a solo beauty business owner, I’d love to know…

Have you ever felt like your diary has become your income ceiling?

Part 2 tomorrow 💛

It’s easy to look at someone else’s chapter 20 and compare it to your chapter 2.

But success isn’t about who gets there first. It’s about staying consistent, showing up on the days you don’t feel like it, and trusting the process.

Every small step you take today is building the future you’re working towards. Some days you’ll sprint, some days you’ll simply keep moving… both count.

Keep going. Your journey is yours, and that’s what makes it so powerful. 💛

“I only use medical grade skincare…” 👀😂

This phrase makes me laugh… not because the products are bad, but because “medical grade skincare” isn’t actually a regulated legal category.

There isn’t one official standard that makes a product “medical grade.” It’s a marketing term that’s often used to suggest a product is stronger or more effective.

What does matter?
✨ The quality and stability of the ingredients.
✨ The formulation.
✨ The concentration of active ingredients.
✨ Whether the product is right for your skin.

I’ve seen incredible results from well-formulated skincare that isn’t labelled “medical grade,” and I’ve also seen expensive products that simply weren’t the right fit.

So instead of asking…
❌ “Is it medical grade?”

Try asking…
✅ “What’s in it?”
✅ “Is there evidence behind the ingredients?”
✅ “Is it suitable for my skin concerns?”

The best skincare isn’t about the label on the bottle—it’s about the science inside it and whether it works for you.

What’s your opinion? Have you ever been told you need medical grade skincare? Let me know below! 👇

Not every dream needs to be announced.

Sometimes the quietest dreams become the loudest achievements.

I’ve learnt that not everyone will understand your vision. Some people will doubt it. Some will judge it. Especially when they hear the words “network marketing.”

But what if they’re wrong?

What if this “kind of business” is actually the vehicle that helps someone create the life they’ve always wanted?

Since joining Tropic, I’ve already achieved something that was at the very top of my vision board… freedom.

✨ Freedom to be there for my children.
✨ Freedom to decide when I work.
✨ Freedom to write my own diary instead of someone else writing it for me.

And the best part? I still get to do what I love every single day—helping people feel more confident in their skin, while also helping others build an extra income and believe in themselves.

Do I have bigger dreams? Absolutely.

But I don’t feel the need to tell everyone what they are. I’d rather let my actions do the talking.

Because we all have dreams… the question is, are you giving yourself the opportunity to make them happen?

If you’ve ever wondered whether Tropic could fit around your life, your family or your current job, send me a DM. No pressure, no hard sell—just a chat about what’s possible. 💚

✨ Retinol or Retinal… which one would I choose?

After years of trying different Vitamin A products, I’ve learnt that stronger isn’t always better.

I have quite sensitive skin, and many retinol products have left my skin feeling dry and irritated. Since switching to Tropic Youth Potion, I’ve had a completely different experience.

For me, it’s the combination of retinal, bakuchiol, plant peptides and multivitamins that makes the difference. It gives me the results I’m looking for while still feeling kind to my skin.

Of course, everyone’s skin is different, which is why understanding ingredients is so important. That’s exactly why I created this Ingredient Chat series—to help you make informed skincare choices, not just follow the latest trend.

💬 Have you tried retinol or retinal? I’d love to hear how your skin got on!
