Booking Fees - All new appointments & new clients valued at £30 or over require a 50% non refundable/transferable booking fee to secure the booking.

Arriving late - if you are more than 10 minutes later than your booked appointment time your appointment will be cancelled/ booking fee lost -If no booking fee has been taken due to the appointment being of a lesser value, a cancelation fee of £20 must be paid to cover the loss of time, also to rebook another booking fee will be required.

Cancelled/amended booked appointments - we require a minimum 48hrs notice to change your booked appointment, failure to give us the 48hrs notice your booking fee will be lost (to cover loss costs) If no booking fee has been taken due to the appointment being of a lesser value a cancelation fee of £20 must be paid to cover the loss of time also your next appointment must have a 50% fee to secure booking.

From now on I NEED to know prior to your booked appointment if you need any full nail repairs - this can be an enhancement missing or your own nail has broken short!

This affects the allocated time slot and can result in going over time!

Nail repairs are FREE within 7 days of your scheduled appointment after this time we charge as follows 👇

Also you will need to pay an additional charges as follows -

As an additional booked appointment other than your general 3/4 weeks booked one -

💅🏻Gel chip repair (per nail) £3
💅🏻Full nail gel repair (per nail) £5
💅🏻Added Biab to above (per nail) 50p
💅🏻Gel-X chip repair (per nail) £5
💅🏻Gel-X full nail repair (per nail) £8

In your scheduled maintenance appointment -

💅🏻Up to one nail for gel-x will be repaired in with the appointment/infill price - £5 per nail ontop if more than one needs repair

💅🏻Gel manicure/Biab one nail repair will be included - £3.50 per nail to add on Biab or a tip will be ontop of the manicure price
