After a fabulous convo thread on Cardiff Mums this morning I want to say hello to all our new followers! Welcome to our world! We’re a heart-led team of fabulous characters, all with the purpose to bring wellness to your busy lives. Wellness can look like a facial, aesthetics, massage or even just a good chat!

After many conversations with my ladies over the past six months I feel there is a huge need for my ethos of efficient, luxury and feminine focus, but for women’s ‘inner’ wellness.

I came across this treatment in the new year and after having years of lower back pain myself (four c-secs!), coupled with a weak pelvic floor and lower abdomen I thought this might be worth a look. I have spent lots of time researching the technology and talking to you guys about the benefits for each of us. Whilst it has been available in the medical market for a little while, I soon realised it is currently only really positioned for Women who struggle with urinary incontinence. The tech is EMS and replicates circa 12K kegel pelvic exercises in just 30mins!!
