Yesterday, I said goodbye to my twenties, which feels pretty wild to say.

I got to spend them in my favourite place, North Wales, exploring, off-roading, walking, not giving a damn what I look like, and pushing myself to try new things, even when they scared me. (See the last slide for me taking on a 55ft free fall! 😅)

My twenties have definitely been a wild ride, and honestly, I feel like I’ve lived a million different lives already.

I’ve had multiple jobs, from estate agent to Welsh cake maker. I’ve been engaged. I bought and renovated an entire house without ever living in it, before selling it again. I’ve experienced relationships that didn’t work out, made some incredible friendships, and sadly lost some along the way.

I bought a boat to renovate with the dream of eventually living on it. I started my own business with no idea whether it would work out, and now I’m genuinely blown away by the love and support I receive.

But perhaps the biggest thing my twenties have given me is growth. Learning more about myself, learning how to heal past trauma, becoming less angry, and finding it in myself to forgive the people who contributed to that pain. Learning that healing isn’t always linear, but that I’m capable of so much more than I once believed.

I would LOVE to see 20-year-old Claudia’s reaction to the life we live now. I think she’d be pretty shocked at some of it, but I’d like to think she’d be incredibly proud. Because I know I am🥹

I’m proud of the things I’ve done, the risks I’ve taken, the things I’ve survived, the person I’m becoming, and the life I’m building for myself.

So, bring on my thirties✨ I’m excited to see where this next chapter takes me, what adventures are waiting for me, and how much more I’ll grow along the way.

Here’s to a new decade of saying yes to the things that scare me, choosing myself, chasing the life I want, and making memories.🥂
