Sometimes I really struggle to see why these non-standard salons still exist 😫 My lovely client has been trying to book in with me for a little while and we couldnt make it work...but now we have - she's not going anywhere!! 🤭

She walked in there - had to wait 1.5hrs for these....
Asked for gels - she got acrylics - took me 1hr15 to remove
Asked for a St George's flag - got that red blob
Didn't get a seamless finish or grow-out

Had a full consultation, decided on Builder gel for her lifestyle
Received a full russian manicure included in price
Asked for natural pink - check ✔️
Got a seamless finish & will have a natural grow out

I love the sunshine ☀️ Summer is probably my favourite time of the year - BUT it's not for your nails! If you experience lifting at this time of year, it's something we need to contend with but its something we can definitely try to reduce!

Its a common misconception that what you see on insta is the truth. So many nail techs show picture perfect nails, ones that haven't been bitten, ones that haven't been damaged by previous work or hands that haven't got perfect nail beds - thats not reality!!
