Over the last three years, Patch has transformed the town’s old public library into a thriving home for ambitious founders, creatives, growing businesses and community builders. We are looking for an exceptional Site Director / General Manager to take the reins, lead our site team, and drive the next chapter of growth. In this role, you’ll:

📈 Own the commercial, operational, and cultural performance of an established, high-performing site
🤝 Strengthen partnerships and drive membership growth
✨ Elevate member experiences and raise the bar on events
🌱 Lead, coach, and inspire a close-knit team while helping shape how Patch operates across the wider business

If you have strong commerical instincts, experience leading customer-facing operations and are a natural host, we’d love to hear from you.
