The biggest mistake I see damaged blondes make?
Trying to solve the wrong problem.
➡️ Most blondes think their hair is not growing.
➡️ Most blondes think oil repairs damage.
➡️ Most blondes think they need more protein.
Healthy blonde hair starts with understanding what is actually happening. That is why every blonde in my chair goes through a consultation process before I even think about colour.
Beautiful blondes are great but healthy blondes are better.
Which myth surprised you most?
I don’t want you to leave the salon loving your hair...
I want you to love it every single day afterwards.
➡️ Not just when I have styled it
➡️ Not just under salon lighting
➡️ Not just for the Instagram photo
I want you to wake up weeks later and brush your hair, catch your reflection and still think “I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY BLONDE”
That is why I don’t always give my clients the lightest blonde possible but the healthiest one.
Because blonde hair is not just about the appointment,
it is about how your hair looks and feels for the next 8, 12 or even 16 weeks after!
That is the blonde experience I want every client to have.

Your blonde isn’t always fading because your toner was wrong…
Sometimes the problem started before you even left the salon.
When hair becomes compromised from repeated lightening, the structure of the hair changes.
When the hair is more damaged or porous, it can struggle to hold onto colour molecules as effectively.
This means your beautiful fresh blonde can:
➡️ Fade faster
➡️ Feel drier
➡️ Lose shine
➡️ Become harder to maintain
Then we often see the cycle begin…
“Maybe I need a stronger toner”
“Maybe I need more purple shampoo”
“Maybe I need to go lighter again”
But sometimes the answer is not adding more colour. The answer is understanding the condition of the hair first.
Healthy hair behaves differently…
➡️ It reflects more light
➡️ It feels softer
➡️ It holds onto your colour for longer.
This is why my approach to blondes has changed, I don’t just look at the colour result.
I look at the whole picture:
✨ Hair history
✨ Previous lightening
✨ Hairs ability to tolerate more
✨ Home care routine
✨ Ingredients
My background in trichology has also changed the way I approach consultations, creating a beautiful blonde is not just about choosing the right formula. They are created by understanding the hair, building trust, and making decisions that protect the future of your blonde.
If your colour isn’t lasting DM CONSULTATION to start finding out why 💫

One thing I have learnt through studying trichology is that healthy hair is rarely down to one single thing.
A colour appointment can only do so much.
The decisions made in the salon matter but what happens in the weeks and months afterwards often determines how that blonde behaves.
Quite often, hairdressers are blamed when someone’s hair is not thriving. But the reality is that many clients only see their stylist around 3–4 times a year, especially when maintaining a lived in blonde.
That means the majority of your hair journey happens at home.
The products you use, the way you wash, the heat you apply and how you treat your hair daily all influence strength, shine and longevity.
A healthy blonde is not created in one appointment. It is maintained through education, consistency and the right plan personalised for you!
This is why my approach has always been about more than just creating a beautiful colour, it is about helping blondes understand their hair.
🚨 HELP! My hair won’t stop snapping even though I use hair masks 😩
One of the biggest misconceptions I see with blonde hair is thinking that a mask will fix breakage.
Hair masks can be amazing but they cannot undo every type of damage.
When hair is snapping, we need to understand WHY it is happening.
Breakage is not always just about dry hair
Your hair may be struggling because of:
➡️ Loss of strength within the hair structure
➡️ Chemical damage from previous lightening
➡️ Too much heat or mechanical stress
➡️ Lack of the right balance of moisture, proteins and protective ingredients
➡️ Hair being pushed further than it can currently tolerate
A mask can make hair feel softer and smoother but softness does not always equal strength.
This is why I don’t believe in just adding more and more treatments without understanding what the hair actually needs.
Healthy blonde hair is about asking:
➡️ What has the hair lost?
➡️ What does it need more of?
➡️ How can we protect it moving forward?
Sometimes the answer is not another product.
Sometimes it is changing the way we approach the blonde.
⚠️ VERDICT
Broken hair needs assessing, a plan and the right haircare. Not all the haircare that says repair.
Too much repair could actually be making the problem worse.
