This weekend reminded me that self care isnât always about skincare or treatments (although I love those too đ).
Sometimes itâs hopping on a plane, switching off from work, eating amazing food, walking until your feet ache and simply being present.
As someone who spends my days helping others feel confident, itâs just as important that I remember to look after myself too.
