GRIEF 💔
There is no right way to grieve. It will depend on a range of circumstances, such as who died and your relationship to them. There is no set timeline for how long we will grieve, again depends on your circumstances, in general it is probably longer than we think as we have so many emotions to navigate
So be kind to yourself and surround yourself with a loving, caring, understanding and supporting network ❤️
Hopefully in time I will be better equipped to know how to support my friends in their times of loss
