I truly appreciate your support of my small business. As a self-employed professional, last-minute cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact on my income and make it difficult to fill those appointment times.

Unfortunately, cancellations have been happening more frequently, so I need to introduce a cancellation policy to protect my business.

* I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
* No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

I completely understand that genuine emergencies can happen, and these will always be considered on a case-by-case basis.
