Are you thinking about booking a massage but wondering if I’m actually any good?
Don’t just take my word for it, check out the reviews on my page and see what other people think!
If you’ve been to see me and haven’t yet, a review can really help a small business like me so I’d really appreciate a kind word or two ❤️

Last week at the end of a treatment, one of my clients said
“All I could think of at the end, was the song ‘Let It Go’ as I visualised letting go of everything’.
Now, if you don’t want to actually hear a Disney song, I have plenty of music to choose from, but doesn’t Letting It Go sound great?
Get in touch if you want a piece of that non Disney action….

How many more times will I get my massage sheets on the line this year?
This time of year especially, I get so excited at this sight!

I’ve had a crafty few weeks!
Some hearts to go to a hospice, mini cactus plants from a kit I got in Texas so will take me back there every time I look at them, gloves requested by Harri (not sure why he wanted odd ones!) and a reindeer puppet for a client who is going to be Mrs Claus this year. Pretty pleased with that one!

The last time this mornings client came to see me, she was going through a bit of a tough time. To try and keep the post massage feeling alive, I gave her a pulse point roller with some of the same oils I’d used for her massage.
The aim was for the essential oils to be able to do their magic even when she wasn’t with me, and for the scent to remind her of a happy moment.
It clearly worked as when she arrived this morning she asked if I was able to top it up again
This made me so happy! I am so pleased she found some benefit in having the oils to apply to her pulse points when she needed it, but also that she felt able to ask me to top it up. Great to see it being put to good use and not thrown in the bin when it was empty.
If you’ve ever had one of these from me, I am more than happy to refill for you. And if you’d like one, just ask!

This week has been a great week for shoulders.
I’ve had a lot of my regular clients come back after summer and this week seems to have been all the shoulder ladies!
What has been really lovely, is seeing that even with a longer gap between their regular treatments, they’ve got a lot less Crunch in their shoulders compared to when they first started coming over months or even a couple of years.
Really goes to show that small changes to lifestyle can have a big impact on your body. Some of these ladies have added in Pilates or yoga, one has started with a PT and they’ve all started to move their head, neck and shoulders more while working at desks. And of course, they’re all having massage!
If you’re struggling with joint aches and pains, what have you tried to do? It really doesn’t need to be spectacular changes, starting small is a step in the right direction.
If you’re not a fluffy blanket person and always feel hot, never fear I have you covered to!
Cotton sheets for the non fluffy blanket users.
Or you can mix and match.
Or you can start thin sheets and layer up if you need to.
Worry not, I’ve got covers for all eventualities!

A busy couple of days and I’m feeling a bit meh today.
I’ve got half an hour before I need to head off to school for reading so I’m having a mini facial pamper while watching Big Brother!
