Skin booster prepping, this has to be one of my favourite treatments! Skin boosters work beneath the surface to deeply hydrate, improve elasticity and enhance your skin’s natural glow. Rather than changing your features, they help your skin look fresher, hydrated and healthier. Another bonus, they support collagen production, assisting with smoother and more youthful looking skin!
Sometimes, the best way to look after yourself is to slow down, put your feet up, and actually let someone else look after you for a while.
Our reflexology sessions are for you to take some time to yourself and just be.
The treatment is tailored around you, your concerns, objectives, and what your body or nervous system needs. Some clients enjoy breathwork, palo santo cleansing, and the tibetan singing bowl being incorporated. Others prefer without, both are OK.
We begin with a warm foot soak and then transition onto the bed to begin the reflexology session along with some massage movements, the treatment concludes with a paraffin wax mask, leaving the feet relaxed, soft and supple.
Picture pure relaxation in a candle-lit room, with soothing music, all whilst you're nestled in cosy blankets on a comfy bed.
