Eat your favourite food, go for walk..do yoga and get that haircut you like.

Cry if you need to, read that book you forgot on the shelf…take a vacation, have a drink…put that dress on as you think.

Take care of yourself, as it’s all you have and need ❤️

Feeling deeper connection with the places I visit…

Daily meditation practice makes it easier to meditate anywhere you go. Doesn’t have to take long. Just close your eyes and drop yourself into your heart centre ❤️

You will find yourself waiting for you to reach that level of stillness. ❤️

Don’t know where or how to start ? ❤️

I also didn’t know before, how or where to start from and how beautiful this feels.

Now, I look forward to teach/share this with you on Thursday mornings 7am ❤️

Then change…change the box you try to fit in…change your habits…change the way you criticise yourself… seasons change…weather change… hours change…it’s time to kick that box you try to fit yourself. The box was build by others perceptions of who you should be…
See you on your mat to start that change from inside.

🍁

Finding serenity and peace as you match your inside out. ❤️
No matter how hard you try to hide, your turmoil inside shows in your energy field.
Facing each day within yourself to see how you feel and acceptance is the first step to match your inside out.
This morning we had magic again in the studio for morning guided meditation❤️
Having each morning to spend time for your own healing/meditating creates a big impact on your well being.
Join me on this wonderful journey on Thursdays 7am ❤️

Everything takes time to…

Watching nature to take its time to transform into a beauty…

6years ago I fall in love with this mural on the wall 🥰
The floor wasn’t completed yet and I seen the spark in eyes 😍
This place is not just a but also a for many of us 🥰because of the lovely stars who walk down these steps each and everyday to join the magic 🥰
Only if the walls and floor could talk 🥰
Mega hugs and so much love from my heart to yours ❤️ 6years and still strong going 💪🙏
Thank you universe for guiding my way to yours 🥰❤️💚💙

What’s your aim to take care of your body? 💙
How far would you travel to please your loved ones? 💚💚
Must re-learn to keep your body always your first priority. ❤️❤️❤️
If my aim is 3times a week, I might exercise once but my aim is 7times a week 🥰so I can manage at least 3times easily and don’t beat myself not reaching to the moon…So I can land by the magical stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Put your heels on and push your crown…you got this 💪
