Are you finding that since you’ve been in lockdown you’ve been eating (and drinking!) too much? (if I wasn’t pregnant, I certainly would be 🍻🍸🥃🍷🥂🍾🍹🤦🏼‍♀️🤣) I mean, let’s be honest there’s not much else to do! Or is there... Quite a few of my friends have said they’re now looking for online exercise classes and trying to cut down on the chocolate and booze, so do you fancy giving yourself a challenge and getting lean in lockdown? 💪🏻🤩

As some of you know I’ve done the 9 day cleanse in the past and loved it but it’s been hard fitting it in around going to work and social events... Now they’re on hold and we’re stuck in the house, this is your chance to go for it! 👊🏻

The cost works out at £12 per day, delivered for free straight to your door 😀 (How much more would you have paid on meals and nights out?)

Plus if you purchase a cleanse programme before 20th April you’ll be in with a chance of winning your money back plus £120 worth of products 💗🙌🏻

As you know I’ve taken a bit of a break selling products since I’ve been pregnant (and running round after a crazy one year old 😜) but I genuinely want to help people feel better; both physically and mentally at this really weird, unpredictable and stressful time.

Here’s a useful video that goes through what the programme entails:

Just PM me or comment below if you’d like to join the challenge team and 💃🏼 🏋🏼‍♀️🤸🏻
