CLIENT OF THE MONTH: MARIANNE (76) 🌟
Age is just a number, but strength is a choice.
At 76 years young, Marianne is the absolute definition of resilience. Before joining us, she had absolutely zero experience with strength training. Like many, she’d heard all about the incredible benefits of lifting weights for longevity, bone density, and joint health, but taking that first step into the gym can be intimidating.
Marianne didn’t let fear hold her back. When she first walked through our doors, she was dealing with the standard wear-and-tear that comes with a life well-lived; specifically, some stubborn knee and hip issues that limited her movement and caused daily discomfort.
Did she let that stop her?
Not a chance.
🏋️♂️ The Breakthrough
Instead of making excuses, Marianne chose to make progress.
Watching her dedication to her leg days has been nothing short of inspiring. She has consistently pushed through, focusing on her form, and the results speak for themselves:

Massive congratulations to UP Strength Army athlete Caden for making absolute history with FIVE consecutive tournament victories. At just 11 years old, what this young fighter is achieving in the ring isn't just impressive, it is completely unheard of.
But behind the headlines, the trophies, and the flashing lights lies a mountain of unseen, brutal preparation.
For the past year, Head Coach Alfie Spencer has been pushing Caden to his absolute limits inside our studio walls. 🌟THE UNSTOPPABLE LEAH! 🌟
Let’s talk about what happens when you commit, trust the process, and refuse to let your fears hold you back. Everyone, please take a second to celebrate the absolute powerhouse that is Leah! 👏
In her very first 12-week package, Leah absolutely smashed it—dropping a phenomenal 7kg! 🎉 But she didn’t stop there. Right now, she is already locked into her next 12 weeks, and she has the two-stone mark firmly in her sight. 🎯
But the scale only tells a tiny fraction of Leah’s incredible story.
When Leah first started, she had some totally valid fears. Her knees and wrists were a constant problem and a major source of anxiety. She worried her body might hold her back.
