We love seeing you all and want to keep giving the best service possible.

Lately we’ve had a lot of last-minute cancellations. As we’re self-employed and book childcare in the holidays so we can be here for you, last-minute changes mean we lose both time and income that we can’t get back. Just this week that’s been 7 appointments = £600 lost, plus turning away clients we couldn’t fit in.
Were looking at inducing a 48 hours notice for clients who cancel last minute,we ll keep you all informed soon
