Short break ❤️

03/08/2026

☀️ I'm on holiday! ☀️

I'm taking a short break and will have very limited Wi-Fi, so I won't be able to manage appointment bookings via text, WhatsApp or social media as I usually do.
Please use the booking link below to:
✔️ Book an appointment
✔️ Rearrange your appointment
✔️ Cancel your appointment
The online booking system is available 24/7 and is the quickest and easiest way to manage your appointments while I'm away.
Thank you for your understanding. I'll respond to any non-urgent messages once I'm back in clinic.

✅️Evening sunshine, 21°C
✅️A glass of red
✅️PJ'S ....and finally taking a moment to appreciate the results. 🍷☀️
Five weeks on from my laser treatment, I'm really starting to see the changes in my skin. Brighter, smoother and healthier... exactly what I was hoping for.
I also had a session of medical microneedling with PDRN just four days ago, and I have to say... I'm already loving it. Sometimes it's nice to be the patient as well as the practitioner!
After a busy clinic, this feels well deserved.
Cheers! 🥂

Proof that aesthetic nurses do occasionally get together without a needle in sight… 😂
A proper catch-up with some brilliant women in aesthetics — sharing experiences, talking shop, asking questions, putting the world to rights and, inevitably, having a good laugh.
Because although we may work independently, we don’t have to do this job alone.
Aesthetic nursing can be a funny old world. There’s clinical responsibility, constantly evolving treatments, complications, difficult conversations, business pressures… and then there are the patients who somehow manage to tell you their entire life story while you’re holding a cannula. 😂
Having people who get it is invaluable.
No competition. No egos. Just women supporting women, sharing knowledge and experiences, and making each other better clinicians.
Connection. Support. Sisterhood.
And probably a little bit of gossip too… although obviously I couldn’t possibly comment. 😉🤍

This isn't overkill—it's proper skin preparation before injectables. Clean skin helps keep treatments as safe as possible.
Please don't be offended if I keep cleansing... I'm protecting you, not your makeup! ✨ :::

Day 15 fractional laser update! (And why I should have done my neck too!) 👇I treated my under-eyes and upper lip, and the results are already coming through.
👌The Healing &Downtime: 3 to 5 days. The Vibe: Red and hot like a sunburn for a few hours, then turned into a "sandpaper" bronze texture that shed over a week.
✨️My Healing Secret: Loading the skin channels with Exosomes & PDRN immediately post-laser.
☑️The Cover-Up: Aquaphor at night, tinted SPF by day.
👍Right now, my top lip pigmentation and fine lines are virtually gone, and my under-eyes are glowing.
😎Because Neocollagenesis (new collagen production) takes 12 weeks, these results are only going to get better!I’m already eyeing up session #2 in 8 weeks.Want smoother, brighter skin?

SKIN SAFETY ALERT: Please Read Before You Book! 🚨

We love seeing you, but we hate turning you away at the door! 🛑

Lately, we have had clients booking directly for Laser and IPL treatments with active tans. Doing this completely undermines our safety protocols, puts your skin at risk, and unfortunately wastes both your time and ours.

The Golden Rules For Laser and IPL Treatments:

☀️ BEFORE Treatment: You must wait a MINIMUM of 2 full weeks after any UV exposure (including sun exposure, sunbeds, and fake tan) on the specific area to be treated before we can flash your skin. Laser and IPL target pigment. If your skin is tanned, the machine cannot differentiate between your tan and the target (like hair or thread veins), resulting in severe epidermal burns and permanent scarring.
🧴 AFTER Treatment: Recently treated skin is highly vulnerable. You must strictly avoid UV exposure and wear SPF 50 daily on the treated area to protect your skin from damage and hyperpigmentation.
This rule is clearly stated on our:
✅ Online booking information
✅ Pre-treatment guidance
✅ Mandatory consent forms
Please help us keep your skin safe. If you have been in the sun, wait out your two weeks before scheduling your session! ✨

Thinking about laser treatment? Here's something many people don't know... 👇
Not everyone is suitable for laser treatment, which is why an initial consultation and test patch are essential before any treatment begins.
This appointment allows me to: ✨ Assess whether laser is the right treatment for your concern. ✨ Select the safest and most effective settings for your skin. ✨ Reduce the risk of unwanted side effects.
A few important things to know: • Please arrive with no sun tan or fake tan on the treatment area. If your skin is tanned, treatment will need to be postponed until it has completely faded. • For laser hair reduction, the hair must contain pigment. Dark brown and black hairs respond best, whereas white, grey, blonde and red hairs cannot be treated effectively.
Safe laser treatment isn't about rushing into a procedure—it's about creating the right plan for your skin from the very beginning.
Ready to find out if laser treatment is right for you? Book your consultation and test patch using the link in my bio, or send me a message if you have any questions.
