So you’ve fallen for what society and the so-called hairdressing community has made you believe about being a mother?

That no one owes you anything, and that mothers and kids are just an inconvenience?

Here’s the actual truth: without them, we’ve got no clients, no stylists, no humans, no industry, NO HAIR... NO FUTURE.

Yet, mothers and children are framed as a drain. Supporting them is labeled “demanding.” Showing the reality of motherhood is called “unprofessional” or annoying.

We are taught that being selfish is the way forward, while greedy individuals take privilege for themselves forgetting they rely on the very children provided to earth by MOTHERS to live their daily lives.

True community works by centering the vulnerable and supporting those doing the most crucial job for humanity: sacrificing their time, lives, and wealth to create the future everyone relies on.

The global hairdressing industry is over 90% female and worth $90billion. Statistics back me up: 80% to 90% of these women are or will become mothers.

We aren’t a niche group. We are the literal backbone of this entire trade.So let’s work out how much of that massive revenue would even exist without them.

Without mothers, we have nothing.
Do better.

What point am trying to make ?

That the hair industry shamefully rams what they determine success and what they determine should be kept hidden just to make MORE money … that they don’t need

YOUR MONEY .

And they use the most privileged in society to do this .

White men MASSIVELY over represented in positions of power and influence.

And when us girls do look in .. it’s just that . Girls . And predominantly beautiful white young girls .
(And girls .. before anyone tells you we’re just jealous because we’re older .. We’re glad for you , it’s great to see you up there . It’s not about you . It’s about a world that’s told women only young beautiful girls matter . We remember being told that too. The flattery . It’s not about you . It’s about you being YOU being exploited and as you’ll discover .. when you get older , any woman that’s not you being made invisible .)

Why ?
Because despite this 90 BILLION DOLLAR industry being created by ordinary women of all sorts of shapes , ages , sizes , disabilities, skin colours, struggles and walks of life .. MEN still keep control of all the power our energy and income flows to .

While they’re busy showing us what we should be and hoarding the wealth generated by our energy and income to create an elite world designed to create shame and encourage MORE spending by ensuring you compare yourself to child free , trauma free , struggle free men and young girls you’re sat believing your a minority and simply not good enough ..

When in reality .. you , WE , “ordinary” women pushing on through lifelong battles achieving so much against the odds are the MAJORITY..

We are anything BUT “ordinary”
And I can guarantee.. anyone making you feel worth less them could NEVER get through what you have and achieve your “ordinary” achievements against those odds .

Social media breeds big false egos and the hairdressing industry has been founded on big false egos ..

But the thing about egos .. they aren’t real .

Their your insecurities taking the steering wheel and THAT is dangerous.

People desperate to prove their better than everyone are just scared their not and everyone will find out .

People constantly showing how wealthy they are in a bid to make you feel smaller are scared people will work out they’re nothing without money ..

People who don’t share their good fortune are scared without it they’ll have nothing ..

People who are dominating , rude and unkind dressed up as assertive and confident are scared of being taken advantage of or bullied so they get in their first ..

That type of personality has been shoved under our nose as success and aspirational .. but it’s all fake and all built on insecurity . Ego only thinks of the self ..

And that’s a battle of eternal loneliness ..

Be careful who you follow off a cliff hairdressers!

Hairdressers if you’re telling yourself you’re stupid or not good enough because you don’t understand colour theory well
STOP ..because this s**t is complexed and we’ve not been taught half of what we should .

Learning about neutralizing doesn’t need to be complicated though, it needs to be visual because let’s face it. We’re learning about something we do that we can’t actually see and most of us are visual learners !!

Understanding colour theory as a hairdresser can be difficult because it’s complex stuff.

The truth is if you’ve got struggles holding your back or had struggled dictating where your life went , you’re not a minority. You’re actually a majority.

But the powers that be don’t want you to know that , they’d rather you stay stuck, feeling ashamed and forever chucking money their way in the hopes of some magical transformation..

But the truth is .. most of us just want peace , time and to stop feeling like we’re constantly surviving .

That’s why I’m sharing every system I have that transformed my entire life . Allowed me to get sober , get in control of my mental health , work part time , buy a house , a home salon and raise two daughters alone ..
