Well after 41 years in hairdressing...ive never had this happen before where a new client has come in ...I asked her to take a seat ...I was running 5 mins behind she got up to make a call outside to just disappear and not come back ....I had made her an extra long appointment as she was new ????? Cancellation Policy

Due to unfortunately still having quite a lot of last minute cancellations or no shows we would like to remind everyone on our cancellation policy

We require 48hrs notice if not attending your appointment
Failing to do this will result in 50% charge of your appointment
No shows will require to pay 100% of appointment before another booking be confirmed

We understand unforeseen circumstances happen and will try to be as understanding as possible.
