I’m a wife, a mother of three beautiful children, and a woman with ambitions and dreams of my own. Balancing motherhood, family life and professional development hasn’t always been easy, but this achievement is a reminder that even when life is busy, we can continue to grow, learn and pursue the things that we are passionate about 🤍

This qualification represents more than letters after my name. It represents perseverance, growth, knowledge and my commitment to continually developing my skills and providing the highest standards of care to my patients.

💉 Why bruising can happen after injectable treatments.
When it comes to injectable treatments, your anatomy always comes first. 🤍
As practitioners, we take great care to understand and respect the underlying anatomy, using appropriate techniques and treatment plans designed with safety in mind. However, the face is naturally rich in blood vessels, and even with the most careful technique, bruising cannot always be prevented.
An injection can occasionally contact or disrupt a small blood vessel, which may result in a bruise. This can happen even when the treatment has been carried out correctly and all appropriate precautions have been taken.
✨ So, what should you expect?
• Bruising is a recognised and relatively common potential side effect of injectable treatments.
• Some areas of the face — including the lips, cheeks and under-eye area — can be more prone to bruising because of their vascular anatomy.
• Everyone’s anatomy is different, and blood vessels can vary in their position, size and depth.
• No practitioner can guarantee that you won’t bruise.
• Bruising is usually temporary and will gradually fade as your body heals.
My goal is always to minimise risk, respect your anatomy and treat you safely — but it’s important to understand that some risks cannot be completely eliminated.
