A Little Notice About Appointments 💛

We completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed or cancelled.
However, late cancellations and no-shows have a much bigger impact than many people realise.

As self-employed stylists, this isn't just a missed appointment for our business—it's lost income that directly affects our families.

Many of us also arrange and pay for childcare specifically so we can be here for your appointment, meaning we can be left out of pocket when appointments are missed without enough notice.

We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or rearrange, you give us as much notice as possible. This gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone on our waiting list and helps us avoid unnecessary costs.

We truly value every one of our clients and appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.

☀️ HOT WEATHER NOTICE ☀️

Due to the current heatwave, temperatures are expected to reach up to 36°C, and temperatures inside the salon may become significantly higher throughout the day.

At The Loft our clients safety and wellbeing are our priority. Working and receiving treatments in excessive heat can cause overheating, and discomfort.

If temperatures within the salon become too high to provide treatments safely and comfortably, some appointments may need to be rescheduled at short notice. We will contact affected clients as soon as possible should this become necessary.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this period of extreme weather. We will continue to monitor conditions closely and keep clients updated
