A restorative class tonight, concentrating on pratyahara, the withdrawal of the senses, we used blindfolds in our standing poses, to further explore extension and awareness of alignment and expansion within the pose, the students all experienced the quietening and calming of the mind as their focus drew within the body, a lovely class to share
