A bespoke treatment plan was created to address multiple areas:

Swelling after lip filler is completely normal and expected

The first 24–72 hours are usually when swelling is at its peak, and your lips may look fuller, uneven, or more swollen than you anticipated. Don’t panic - this is temporary

As the swelling settles and the filler integrates with your tissue, your lips will gradually soften and the shape will become more balanced

Your final result isn’t visible straight after treatment -
by around 2 weeks, most swelling has resolved and you will see the healed results

The truth? The under-eye is supported by the surrounding facial structures, including the cheeks and mid-face, which means the most natural results often come from treating these areas together

In this case, we used a combination of tear trough filler with subtle volume restoration through the mid-face and lateral cheek to create better support and a smoother transition between the under-eye and cheek

The result:
• Brighter-looking eyes
• Softer hollows and dark circles
• A naturally fresher, more awake appearance
• No overfilled look
