POLITE NOTICE
Important Booking Update
To all my lovely clients,
Due to an increasing number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, I have now introduced a booking system that requires a deposit for all future appointments.
Unfortunately, when clients don’t turn up or don’t let me know they can’t make it, that appointment time can’t be filled, and it has a significant impact on my business. This is my livelihood, and like everyone else, I have bills to pay.
I also wanted to explain that my booking system charges me a fee whenever a new client books an appointment. If a new client doesn’t attend and hasn’t cancelled their appointment, I still have to pay that booking fee, even though they didn’t show up. Introducing a deposit helps protect my business from these unnecessary costs while also securing your appointment time.
I would like to thank those that do offer payment when life happens and you can’t make it. It’s greatly appreciated.
This decision hasn’t been made lightly, and I truly appreciate the understanding and support from all of my wonderful clients. Thank you for continuing to support my small business—it truly means the world to me. 🤍🤍
