A little change from the usual nail pictures!😆

So my client kindly let me take these pictures so I can show you exactly what a lash tint can do🥰

Now bare in mind my client is a regular lash tinter so her lashes were a little darker than usual to begin with😄

So imagine how your lashes would look if they’re super light with the ends that have been bleached by the sun and then you have a fabulous lash tint and get that as an after🤩

The thing is most clients who come to me have way more lash than they realise but we just need the tint to help them show up❤️

I’ve always said that doing nails is only half the story in the salon 💅🏻

When I used to do my mums nails yes it was to make her nails look nice, but it was also to give her a boost of confidence and uplift her🥳

This is what I try and do with all my clients because to me it’s the most important bit 🥰

I was speaking to one of my clients Carol in the comments the other day and asking her why she loves getting a lash tint?🥰

She, just like me, has her lashes tinted every 3 weeks because she can’t bare them looking light and Barley there before she started having a tint☺️

Luckily nobody visiting my salon has ever left with brows that look too dark or heavy! ☺️

Brow tinting is awesome for making sparse brows look fuller and for framing your face🤩

It’s a semi permanent tint designed specifically for brows and lashes, it’s gentle and nowhere near as strong as say dye for your hair!😄

Mondays = Pizza! 🍕

One of my fave things to do on my day off is visit Papa Luigis for their Monday pizza/pasta deal!🤩

Although I only work 4 days in the salon I also coach other solo Nail and Beauty pros how to coach their business too so I’m working pretty hard at the moment 😬

It’s totally worth it though as I love helping others 🥰

So a well deserve pizza treat is a great pick me up from my days off from the salon and as you know I LOVE food!🥘

Actually speaking of food my new instant pot kitchen gadget is arriving today too!🤩

Anyways foodies, are you team pizza or team pasta? 🍝

I mean I can’t talk I’m a culprit of this!

“I’ll wear nice clothes when I’m thin” or “I’ll make more of an effort when I’m thin”

We all have a tendency to wait until things are “perfect” before we start living or doing and I can put my hands up to it 🙌

But the thing is life stops for nobody and time is the biggest asset in life that we can’t get more of so we need to stop waiting and start living!🤩

We need to start taking care of ourselves today 🙌

We need to start treating ourselves today 🙌

And we need to stop waiting for life and start getting on with it because we deserve it now!🙌

Who else saves stuff until best and waits to live life or is it just me?

Every Sunday I always take time out to relax ☺️

There’s still always washing to be done, cleaning to do, errands to run and a to do list full of stuff but the thing is that’s always going to be there!🤗

We can’t wait until it feels right and we don’t have anything else to do to relax because if we did we would be waiting forever!😭

It’s hate as I like to watch my fave film and give myself a treatment like a facial or manicure🧖‍♂️

So let’s ditch the guilt when it comes to taking time out for ourselves and give our baddies the rest and relaxation it needs🥳

Every time a new client comes to visit they always come with a disclaimer😆

Usually something like..

“You’re going to have a challenge with these nails”

I’ve been in the nail game over 10 years and in this time I’ve done literally 1000’s of manicures so at this point there ain’t no challenge I can’t rise to!😎
