This is immediately after just one High Frequency treatment alongside extractions and a calming facial.

• Skin appears calmer
• Redness looks reduced
• Complexion looks brighter and healthier

High Frequency is one of my favourite treatment add-ons for blemish-prone skin because it can help create an environment that supports clearer looking skin while soothing inflammation.
Every skin journey is different, and long-term results usually take consistency and a personalised plan but seeing skin look happier after a treatment is always so rewarding.

If you’re struggling with breakouts, congestion or inflammed skin and you’re not sure where to start, send me a message and we can chat about your skin and find the best plan for you.

Microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin. These tiny channels trigger your body’s natural healing response, stimulating collagen and elastin production.

Collagen is the main structural protein in your skin, it gives your skin its strength, firmness and elasticity. As we age, collagen production slows down, which can lead to fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars and a loss of firmness.

This temporary redness, known as erythema, is your skin responding to the treatment and beginning the repair process. As your skin heals, it gets to work producing new collagen and elastin to improve texture, scarring and overall skin health.

One treatment can give your skin a boost, but the best results are achieved with a course of treatments. As collagen takes time to build, I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions, spaced 4–6 weeks apart, for noticeable, long-lasting improvements.

That’s why I’m now offering a course of 3 microneedling treatments at a discounted price, making it easier to commit to your skin goals while saving money.

I wanted to share this because I know how frustrating breakouts can be🤍

These photos are only a week apart and although my skin isn’t perfect, it’s so much calmer and less inflamed.

I didn’t use a miracle product or find a quick fix. I simply went back to basics and gave my skin what it needed:
✨ More sleep
💧 More water
🌿 Less stress
🧴 A simple, gentle skincare routine
🤍 Lots of hydration and barrier repair
☀️ Daily SPF
🚫 No picking!

I know my triggers and what causes me to breakout and I just had a few weeks of not keeping on top of these triggers. Keeping a diary of foods, sleep, mood, hydration and exercise can be such a good way to find your triggers, especially if you suffer with hormonal acne.

It’s so easy to think we need to throw loads of products at our skin when it breaks out, but sometimes that’s exactly what’s keeping it irritated. Giving your skin chance to recover can make such a difference.

If you’re struggling with your skin and don’t know where to start, I’d love to help. My facials are tailored to your skin and focused on improving your skin barrier, reducing inflammation and helping you feel confident in your skin again.

My DMs are always open if you have any questions or you’re ready to start your skin journey.

Be honest… when was your last facial? 👀

If your skincare routine starts and ends with a makeup wipe, this is your sign to give your skin some extra love🤍

Breakouts can be frustrating, especially when it feels like you’ve tried everything.

One of the biggest misconceptions about acne is that you just need to scrub harder or use stronger products. In reality, acne is often much more complex than that.

Whether your breakouts are occasional or something you’ve struggled with for years, understanding the cause is the first step towards managing them.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by skincare advice online, send me a message and I’d be happy to help point you in the right direction. ✨
