A little reminder to our lovely clients 🤍
Recently we’ve experienced a higher number of last-minute cancellations, appointment changes and no-shows.
Whilst we completely understand that plans can change, late cancellations often leave us with insufficient time to offer those appointments to clients on our waiting list who would love the opportunity to book in.
As a reminder, our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
This policy helps us manage our diary effectively and allows us to offer available appointments to those waiting for a space.
