After 19 wonderful years of providing massage treatments, I’ve made the difficult decision to gradually step away from offering regular massage appointments.

This hasn’t been an easy choice. Massage has been such a big part of my career and I’ve genuinely loved helping so many of you relax, recover and feel your best. However, over the past couple of years it has started to take a toll on my body, and I’ve realised that I can no longer continue working in discomfort. To give my clients the best possible treatment, I also need to look after myself.

I will still be offering massage as part of my pamper packages or as an add-on to selected treatments, so I won’t be giving it up completely. My hope is that reducing the number of massages I perform each week will allow me to continue enjoying those special treatments without putting too much strain on my body.

The good news is that I’ve found someone truly wonderful to continue your massage journey. Pereece is experienced, incredibly knowledgeable, and has a real understanding of how the body works and what each client needs from a massage. She has the kindest nature, the most amazing hands, and I have complete confidence that you’ll be just as well looked after with her as you have been with me.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to every single person who has trusted me over the last 19 years. Your loyalty and support have meant more than you’ll ever know.

Here’s to embracing new chapters, looking after ourselves, and continuing to help you feel your very best. Thank you for being part of my journey, and I know you’ll give Pereece the same warmth and support you’ve always shown me.

A little reminder about appointments 💛

I completely understand that life gets busy, and it’s easy to misread or forget an appointment time—we’re all human, and it can happen to anyone.

However, I kindly ask all clients to double-check the time of their appointment before travelling. Unfortunately, I can’t assume someone will arrive early or late based on previous visits, as I see many different clients each week and need to run my diary according to the booked appointment times.

To be fair to every client, my cancellation and late arrival policy applies equally to everyone. If an appointment is missed or there’s not enough time remaining to safely complete the treatment, the appointment will be treated in line with my booking policy. These policies are in place to protect my business, respect every client’s time, and ensure my day runs as smoothly as possible.

I also want to make it clear that while I will always treat my clients with kindness and respect, I expect the same in return. I will not tolerate aggressive, abusive, or rude behaviour towards myself or my team under any circumstances. Anyone who behaves in this way will no longer be welcome to book appointments with me in the future.
