When you see your therapist and personal trainer having breakfast they are probably discussing how the program they have conjured between them is exceptional, and you would feel amazing with little to no pain…. If you stuck to it… the legend humpy and I meet for breakfast once in a while and everytime it strikes me how our approach is so different and yet the reason why I love this guy is the empathy and compassion he has for people.
