Constantly growing for you and your beauty!
In my hands is a brand new, freshly received certificate from the international Elena Zemskova Massage School! I have successfully completed the "Osteofascial face massage" course.
What does this mean for you? This is a completely new level. This massage is not just a gentle skin stroking. It is deep, structural work with the facial fascia and the periosteum (bone membrane).

Why do you even go to massages? It’s a waste of time!”
🤷‍♂️❌Do your friends or colleagues ever wonder why you get massages? Next time they question you, you can let them know that their resistance isn't just a matter of taste—it's actually psychology.Science shows that our reaction to touch reflects the state of our nervous system. Here is why some people simply cannot stand being massaged:👶
1. Early Childhood. If a baby doesn't receive enough parental warmth and cuddling during their first few years, their brain learns to interpret touch as a threat rather than a comfort. As adults, their body automatically triggers a defensive "fight or flight" mode.🛡️
2. A Defensive Mask. It is incredibly difficult for someone to admit: “I feel unsafe and afraid to hand over control of my body to a stranger.” Instead, the brain hides this fear behind the phrase "it's a waste of time."🧬
3. Biological Sensitivity. Sometimes the cause is purely sensory (common with ADHD or the autism spectrum). For these individuals, light or moderate touch can physically cause discomfort, tickling, or even pain.💡 What to tell the skeptics? The next time someone criticizes your love for massage, just smile and remember: it’s not that massages are useless. It is simply their body protecting itself from something it fears or doesn't understand. Meanwhile, your body already knows how to accept rest and self-care! 🙏

People are interested in... people.
Not diplomas. Not the number of certificates. Not how many techniques I know. They are interested in who I am. What my life is like. What brings me joy. What hurts me. What I am afraid of. What I have overcome. And only when I dared to be not just a perfect specialist, but simply myself, did I start to meet my people.Today, random clients do not come into my massage studio. People whose values, mindset, and feelings align with mine come in. They trust me. They feel safe. And every time, I quietly think to myself – how wonderful it is that I once dared to show not only my work, but also myself.Sometimes the biggest advertisement is not what you do, but who you are. ❤️

✨ A big step forward: A new chapter in my practice! ✨
We often look for the secrets of youth and glowing skin in skincare jars. But the truth is, our facial structure, symmetry, and radiance come from much deeper layers. To deliver the most effective, long-lasting, and anatomically accurate results, I have decided to dive deeper.
From now on, I am officially introducing a comprehensive facial and décolleté structural assessment to my practice! 💆‍♀️🔬
This means I will analyze the entire structural chain:
1️⃣ Cranial Bone Structure – To understand individual asymmetry and the foundational bone support.
2️⃣ Facial Muscle Tone – To identify which muscles are chronically tense (hypertonic) and which have lost their strength.
3️⃣ Décolleté Muscle Condition – Because posture, chest, and neck tightness directly impact how the face is "pulled" downward.
4️⃣ Lymphatic Drainage System – puffiness, and fluid retention.
Why does this matter? Because only by pinpointing the exact structural cause can we choose the right techniques.
Have you ever had a deep, structural analysis of your face? Which area concerns you the most (puffiness, a tense forehead, or neck tension)? Let me know in the comments below! 👇

SCM (sternocleidomastoid muscle) is one of the most commonly overloaded neck muscles — and most people don't even know that the problem comes from it. 👀

When it is tight or full of trigger points, it can cause:
• headaches and migraines
• pain behind the eye or appendix
• dizziness and a sense of instability
• buzzing in the ears
• pain in the jaw and face
• stiff neck and limited head rotation.
• pain running down to the collarbone and shoulder

This muscle often suffers because of:
📱 long time looking at the phone
💻 work behind the computer
😬 stress and jaw clenching
🚗 poor posture and door tension

Working on SCM properly can significantly reduce tension, pain and pressure in the upper body. ✋

Back the Layers ✨
Ever stop to think about what happens beneath the surface when you smile, frown, or simply blink?
True rehabilitation and movement mastery require looking far beyond just the skin. To truly understand human function, we have to appreciate the intricate, beautiful stack of systems working in perfect harmony:
🎨 The Epidermis & Dermis: Our outer canvas and first line of defense.
💛 Subcutaneous Fat: The protective cushioning that contours our features.
🕸️ The Fascial Network: The connective tissue matrix that binds, separates, and transmits force throughout the structure.
💪 Muscles of Facial Expression & Mastication: The deep, intricate muscular layers that drive every emotion and function.
⚡ The Neurovascular Bundle: A massive network of nerves and blood vessels providing constant life, sensation, and feedback.
💀 The Craniofacial Skeleton: The bedrock and ultimate foundation supporting it all.
As movement and physical therapy specialists, we don’t just treat symptoms on the surface. We assess, map, and treat the interconnected fascial, muscular, and neural networks to restore optimal function from the inside out.

Did you know that your daily stress actually "lives" in your jaw? Very often, clients come to me wanting to lift their facial contours or smooth out forehead wrinkles. However, the moment I touch their masticatory (chewing) muscles, the real culprit is revealed: rock-solid tension. When we experience stress, rush, feel anxious, or overthink, our body reacts subconsciously—we clench our teeth. Over time, this turns into bruxism (nighttime teeth grinding) and chronic jaw muscle hypertonicity.

What is Myofascial Face Massage?
Fascia is the connective tissue network holding our muscles, bones, and vessels in place. Stress, aging, and a sedentary lifestyle cause fascia to stiffen, leading to puffiness and sagging contours. This advanced technique targets every soft tissue layer:
×Muscle structures
×Fascial systems
×Bone attachment points

❌ When Is It LESS Suitable?Extremely Thin/Astenic Faces: Faces with very minimal subcutaneous fat require a highly delicate touch, as intense deep-tissue sculpting can sometimes make thin faces look slightly hollowed if over-drained.
Duration : 1 hour
