To provide the best experience for every client and ensure appointments are protected, I have a booking fee and cancellation policy in place.

🖤 A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
🖤 Booking fees can be transferred if you reschedule with 48+ hours' notice, up to 2 times.
🖤 After two reschedules, a new booking fee will be required.
🖤 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice and no-shows will result in the loss of your booking fee.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. These policies allow me to protect my appointment availability and continue providing the highest level of care to every client.
