Just a little reminder of my salon rules. I hate to be 'that' person as I love my job and I truly have the best clients. However, due to the summer holidays and numerous clients asking about children, or children turning up with you - I am not insured to have them in the salon. No under 16's as per my insurance. I might be homely and small, but it's a Salon. I am not covered if your little one gets burnt or chemicals touch them and id feel awful if anything happened. I'm a working mum myself, I understand it's hard, but it's in my policy for a reason.
Summer is my busiest time, lateness is also happening again. If everyone is 5/10 mins late throughout the day, I'm running over or missing a food break. Please be understanding, if I'm back to back and someone is over 10 mins I won't be able to do the treatment.
