The 5 stages of having a massage at Pinx 😂💆‍♀️

Stage 1:
You arrive thinking, “I really needed this.”
Because, quite frankly, your shoulders have been living somewhere around your ears lately. 😂

Stage 2:
I start working on your back and suddenly discover a knot you didn’t even know was there.
“How long have you had this?”
“Errrr… I have no idea!” 🤣

Stage 3:
You start to relax.
Your breathing slows down.
Your body finally lets go of some of that tension you've been carrying around.

And somewhere in there you think…

“I really need to start booking these more regularly.” 👀

Stage 4:
You accidentally have the best nap you've had in ages. 😴

You came in for 60 minutes…

…but it feels like about 14 seconds later when I tell you we're finished. 😂😭

Stage 5:
You sit up slowly, slightly confused about what day it is…
wondering if you can just stay on the couch forever. 😂

And then comes the most important question…

Time to turn over a new leaf and to reach for the stars 🌟

At the end of each day I like to reflect on my day.
Today at the spa I asked my client to turn over onto their back as I normally do with a full body massage. But this time I said then I will cover your face with a pillow!!!! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ 🤣🤣 instead of saying I'll place a pillow UNDER your head.
OMG we started laughing after that. I did apologise as I realised she was a lawyer too.

Seriously I really need to think twice from now on.

Roll on tomorrow. I hope it have a normal day, whatever normal is for me 😉
