Being fully booked doesn’t always mean you’ve built a successful business.

I’ve been in this industry for years and I’m still learning, questioning and improving. That’s exactly why this subject matters to me.
This isn’t about putting anyone down. It’s about respecting our profession enough to earn our knowledge, earn our reputation and earn the trust people place in us.
And if someone more experienced challenges what we know? Maybe our first reaction shouldn’t always be offence. Sometimes that uncomfortable conversation is where the biggest growth happens.
