Dear Clients,

I am writing to share an important safety update regarding all brow and lash tinting treatments.

Due to recent health and safety requirements, I am permanently switching my tinting products to a brand-new range. Because of this switch, all previous clients will require a brand-new patch test before receiving any future lash or brow tint services.

This product update has become necessary for both client safety and my own health. While abroad, I suffered a severe allergic reaction to a temporary "black henna" tattoo, which resulted in a permanent sensitisation to PPD (para-phenylenediamine). Because of this, it is no longer safe for me to handle or apply standard PPD-based dyes, and moving to a new, carefully selected product line is essential so I can continue offering tinting treatments safely.

Bookings Over the Next 2 Weeks: If you currently have a tinting service booked within the next fortnight, I will be reaching out to you directly over the coming days to arrange your new patch test.

Other Treatments: Services that do not involve oxidative dyes (such as standard brow shaping, waxing, or non-tinted brow laminations/lash lifts) are unaffected and can go ahead as normal.

Thank you so much for your understanding, patience, and ongoing support as I make this transition to keep my business environment completely safe.

it can sometimes feel like a lonely world especially when life suddenly throws you into a terrifying medical emergency. Going through emergency ectopic surgery and everything that came with it was overwhelming and honestly there were moments I felt completely isolated.

Reading through your kind words and messages of support and patience while Im recovering has meant more to me than you’ll ever know.
