✨ IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICY UPDATE ✨

To ensure appointments are managed fairly and to protect the time I set aside for each client, I will now be introducing a £10 deposit for all new clients at the time of booking.

As I work full-time and have a young child, I carefully plan my days around my appointments. When a client books and does not attend, or cancels at very short notice, that time is lost and cannot always be offered to someone else.

I completely understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and that plans may sometimes need to change. However, I kindly ask that at least 2 hours’ notice is given for any cancellation or request to reschedule wherever possible.

Going forward:

• A £10 deposit is required from all new clients to secure an appointment.
• Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
• At least 2 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice.
• If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, future bookings may require full payment in advance.

This policy is simply to ensure that my time is respected and that I can continue providing appointments while balancing my work and family commitments.
