Hope everyone is enjoying the summer holidays 😎

As we're in the month of August, we appreciate you're hair is to be holiday ready 💁🏼‍♀️

We advise for this month you please consider booking in to avoid any disappointment.

Over the next two weeks, the salon for all colouring services is fully booked, our availability at the moment is for, men's cuts, dry cuts, blow drys or wet cuts only!

As always, we can not thank you enough for your continued support 🥹

Over the past couple of months the salon has experienced a number of appointments that have sadly been missed, no showed or cancelled at the very last minute 😔

We understand that things happen, that are out of your control and simply cannot be helped.

We try our upmost best to be understandable and accommodating.
Unfortunately what follows after that is disappointment and cost to the salon.

At these recent times, we are just about keeping a roof over our heads covering bills and most importantly wages.
As always, we try to be fair with our prices, but sometimes it's just not enough 😔

Going forward, our policy is at least 24 hours notice to cancel any form of appointment.

Any appointments that are missed or cancelled a 50% deposit will be endured.

This is not something I enjoy doing as I therefore have the fear you may not return to the salon because of this and let's be honest, it's just an awkward conversation to be had.

To those that have paid for these missed appointments, you haven't gone unnoticed ❤️

But at the end of the day, your friendship, loyalty and custom is what's more important to us.

We hope that you appreciate the new enforced rules going forward.

And as always, thank you for your custom and keeping us busy for the greater part of the time in the salon 🥹

As we approach the month both Amy and Sara have limited appointments with majority of late nights and Saturdays booked up.

Only a couple of weeks until the summer holidays. Hopefully some of you are jetting away ✈️
